Sadiqeen Group began as a multi business group with roots going back to 1990. Over time the group moved into real estate marketing and development, and since 2018 real estate has been the focus of our work.
We were established to bring clarity to property decisions. Our work is centered on Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the surrounding markets, where we develop our own projects and represent selected projects of independent developers and housing societies.
Our philosophy is straightforward: property decisions should be transparent and informed. We share clear project information, explain who owns and develops each project, and help buyers understand what they are acquiring before they decide.
