A note on these rates
These figures use the same rates as our Construction Cost Estimator (Jul 2026 – Dec 2026), and they apply to both Islamabad and Rawalpindi, where construction costs are about the same. Material prices, especially steel, cement and bricks, change often, and your design and choice of finishes affect the final cost.
Use these figures as a planning guide, and confirm current rates with our team before making a final decision.
